He showed up at my home the day of the installation more than once to check on every thing. He answered texts and phone calls from me promptly and courteously. He sent me before and after photos of my home. He followed up afterwards to make sure a couple errors on the job were corrected. He was friendly, kind, and fun to work with. He promised to follow up with me once he gets more info on a question I asked him for which he wasn't sure of the answer. He is a shining example of what a salesperson should be like. It was a great relief to me not to be lied to or pushed into something or have part of the job left undone like two previous roofing experiences I have had in the past. Dennison’s roofing crew did an excellent job on the old roof removal and installation of the new shingles. They protected all of the landscape during the installation and cleaned up everything after the roofing was completed. "I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hire someone who comes and does quality work without the drama. Jake and his team came in and replaced about 90+ bad bricks in our chimney. Besides being tough work, Jake did what he said they would do and were professional throughout the whole process. Jake matched the brick and mortar perfectly and you would not know work was done. That was the goal, it looks great and you don't even know bricks were replaced. This was a messy job and you can't tell they were even there as they power sprayed everything down and picked up all the brick and mortar.
