I was wrong not to have measured my deck and assumed beased on a hunch that the deal would suffice for an average sized deck when in reality the deal covered a small fraction of the deck, so I had to pay a "regular"i.e., very expensive price for the power wash. I didn't really care that much for the result as far as restoration goes. It was well washed and the person who came to do the service was corteous but a clear sealant was applied and I couldn't tell much of a difference. I do understand this has a lot to do with my not previously measuring the deck and also with my expectation of what my deck wold look like afterwards based on the pictures, but I would say beware. This is it for me as far as angies'list goes. I'll stick with neighborhood recommendations."

It was pretty good, not an A experience -- but a B.  The price was very good and the work was acceptable.  They were not super professional -- some late projects.  Something was backordered, a subcontractor didn't show, the assistant wasn't working out -- so the projects took longer than initially planned.  And in terms of quality they were pretty good.  The dormers that were wrapped in aluminum look great.  The concrete work was excellent.   The plumbing and electrical work were great.  The interior paint was pretty good - it was also a great price so no complaints.  A shutter they secured fell off.  And the gutter detached -- but they repaired it. The shingles they replaced when they put the new rake board on fell off -- on both sides of the house.  They didn't think it was related, but the shingles were fine for 15+ years before they removed them and tacked them back down.  So we disagree on this point.  I should have brought it their attention earlier.  Overall, they did a lot of very good work at an excellent price.

"Two employees showed up at my home on time to do an estimate on the few things we needed repaired to complete the sale of our home. The work performed is provided in detail. I was totally shocked at the cost for the repairs on the estimate but we went a head and agreed to having the work performed since we're close to our settlement date. I must say the work performed on everything except the electrical panel was top notch. I say this because the labeling of the electrical panel was completed by writing in Black magic marker what rooms were on each breaker. I was expecting at least to see printed labels used for what we were charged. I/we were expecting to pay $300 - $500 for these few things to be fixed but boy was I am thankful for the work performed but I wouldn't hire this company again only because their prices are outrageous.
