"Needed help installing a dryer vent through a brick wall... Didnt have the right tools to drill a 4 inch hole in bricks efficiently and decided to hire someone. I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

I called him for pressure washing and ended up going forward with having him paint my interior walls after asking if he could help and showed so much care and dedication to the process. Jay did wonders with the pressure washing, removing 5 year+ stains that no handyman or myself could previously remove. And then helped me pick the paint colors for the house, prepare the area for painting with covering furniture, did an amazing job with the painting, and even helped me put the area back together. I will 100% be calling him for all of my handyman needs in the future! He takes care of your job like it's for his own home! Don't hesitate to call!"

"Simply fantastic. <br /> Dave returned my call within a couple of days to set up for an estimate (worked completely around my schedule).  He showed up, promptly, on the day/time we arranged.  He provided me my estimate and we set up a day that worked for both of us for him to perform the job. <br /> He contacted me two days later to let me know that he had a cancellation and asked if my schedule would allow him to come by sooner, to which I agreed.  He called me when he arrived (I was at work), asked if it was okay for him to do a bit of additional waste removal (and cutting down of some bushes).  He did only what I stated was okay to remove. <br /> I arrived at home this afternoon and everything was completed, just as discussed and agreed. <br /> Again, fantastic, reliable, prompt.  I will be contacting him again in the near future for some additional work. <br />"

He stayed in contact with us throughout the two month long project. He took a bare stud and concrete gutted basement and turned it back into a great living space. He was flexible as our plans changed. The guy is a true jack of all trades. The project took longer than we wanted, but not all of the delay was the contractor's fault.
