His craftsmanship is top notch as was evidenced on the work he performed fixing our master shower which had been leaking for years because the initial installation was haphazard by using a shower door that leaked, and tile that allowed a grout line down the middle of the threshold. He was able to fix the tile around the shower threshold and recommended that we get a semiframeless shower door with adjustable mounts to accommodate houses which have less than plumb angles. He told me the brand of shower door we should look for and once installed the work commenced promptly and finished on time and within budget. "I have a 2005 Saturn Vue and my remote keyless entry fob began working intermittently. Eventually, the Unlock button fell out and I couldn't lock my door any longer because I wouldn't be able to unlock it. I called the dealership to see how much it would cost to replace the remote. I was quoted a price of $95 for the remote itself, and then $64 to have it programmed for my car. I found a replacement remote online for $24.99 through Amazon, but because of the year/make/model of my car, it had to be programmed by a dealer or a locksmith. I have never had to contact a locksmith before, so I decided to look to Angie's List to find a Locksmith in my area with experience with cars. I contacted Laurel's Lock Shop and spoke with a very pleasant woman. (I found out that her name was Dianna.) She had me hold while she first made sure that they could program my specific car remote, and then told me the hours I could come in. I went the next morning before work and was again met by Dianna. She was able to program the the remote quickly, and I made it to work on time. I will definitely be back in the next couple of weeks to get a couple of more keys made to my car. Because of the pleasant attitude, knowledge, and information she provided to me regarding my car, I think I have found a Locksmith for life! <br />"

After requesting that they return to re-do, they did and re-painted the trim and door frames. Everything looks good now. Also don't argue with the customer."

At the onset of this process, we were seeking a contractor to renovate four bathrooms (a master, guest, and two powder rooms) in our 24-year old townhouse purchased in 2017. We researched numerous companies and interviewed three including WISA. While none of the three pushed the “hard sell” (a tactic we hate), it was WISA that really went beyond simply providing an estimate. At our request, they assisted us with design and material choices. They advised us on current/popular trends, went into great detail over materials and brands, and provided best options to increase value for renting and resale (all before we committed to use them). From start to finish, WISA’s employees were clean (drop cloths, taking shoes off, keeping doors closed even in the small bathrooms to reduce noise and dust), courteous, professional and competent. At our request, they routinely explained problems with previous work they discovered during the demolition phase. They also did so by explaining building concepts in layman’s terms, providing us knowledge we can use in the future and empowering us as consumers. WISA tradesmen’s work was done with great forethought, precision, and quality. Also of note is that when WISA encountered issues, they resolved them without turning every item into a change order. Their pricing would be reasonable for an average contractor, but definitely demonstrates an elevated value proposition for consumers due to their high quality of work and professionalism.
