After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. "I contacted PSP Plumbing based on Angi's recommendation. They came out within a day to evaluate our sewer line situation. Another plumbing company quoted us a huge price (many thousands) and claimed we had an urgent situation, and PSP knew that. They could easily have tried to sell us a big job. Instead, after doing another camera (2 hours of 2 people), they charged us the price we had agreed on in advance and told us not to waste our money on the big job. Just regular maintenance of our line. We will definitely get them back out next year for maintenance. Happy to recommend them - very honest people. "
