He worked around my delivery schedule and was very considerate throughout. There s still a chance he will need to return because the big box stores will not promise any more than delivery. He carefully explained what parts were defective and came back with a colleague to repair the dishwasher. His analysis of the refrigerator problem prompted me to replace, not repair, the failing unit. His fee seemed reasonable to me, he was good about communicating when he would be able to arrive at my home, and he was reliable about coming when he said he would."
