Kevin and Elder were wonderful project managers and kept everything on track, even through extended rain. Anytime I reached out to Kevin he got back to me very quickly, which is a major plus when getting work done on your home. They have very large crews doing the work, and they were always courteous and always working their butts off. Not only that but the pricing was also very reasonable. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."
