"I opened the door to the garage one day and there was light coming in the original 1959 wooden garage door and i realized it was bowing out and the header was slipping down. I talked to garage door companies and they were unwilling to touch it because it would require structural engineering to bring up to hurricane code. No handyman would touch it because it was too big of a job for them, and I talked to several general contractors who would either refer me to a structural engineer who couldn't seem to coordinate with anyone, or they weren't interested because it wasn't a big job. One contractor said he only did highrises. And then I talked to Lenny, and he wound up coordinating everything and everyone. The county inspections, the extra electrical work, the engineering, the concrete work and the rebar work, custom sizes, everything. Very happy!
The crew came out, worked quickly & professionally, cleaned up after themselves. Lenny was very responsive and always returned phone calls in a timely fashion. The price was more than reasonable.
I am working on my house piecemeal, and I would not hesitate to use him again.I just wish I had found him for the last big job!

He was responsive, prompt and when he came it evaluate for a quote- made great recommendations based upon his experience and enhanced our original plans for a functional open office space in the kitchen. He built the cabinets in his shop, took the wood counter tops we had already purchased back to his shop- sanded/cut/ created and "L" shaped floating counter top in less than a week and installed everything in ONE DAY! Rob is very professional and took a lot of time during the install to make sure every detail was correct. We were less than enthusiastic with some of my early communications with other companies for this job and their lack of responsiveness and honesty, had just about given up with Angie's List. So glad we tried one last time and worked with Rob and his company Wolfe Construction.
