"We were having new countertops installed. The plumber arrived early on the morning of install and unhooked the plumbing for the sink and the disposal. In doing so, he found that 2 of 3 of our old water valve shutoffs below the sink were frozen and had to be replaced. The next day, after the countertops and new sink were installed, the plumber returned in the morning and attached the plumbing and hooked up the faucets and disposal. (Note: Sink was an undermount and glue had to set overnight before plumbing could be attached.) This involved some new piping, since the drains on the new sink were at the back of the sink, rather than centered as in the old sink. The new sink was also considerably deeper than the old sink, so that affected the piping and the fit of the disposal. In spite of all the issues, the plumber was able to get everything installed. He also hooked up a new faucet and drinking water faucet, as well as a soap pump.



Later in the day, we discovered a small leak. We called the plumber back, and another person came to our house and redid the leaking connection. Everything is working fine six weeks later.



We were billed for service and were surprised that it was just $300. We thought it would be more, since the plumber did a lot of work and had some issues to work around.

"I have used this company a few times and each time they are very helpful, professional, and always extremely friendly.   What I really like about the company is the owner is very eager to get there and get the job done but yet he's friendly and courteous.  They always wear protective "booties" and make sure my carpet is covered in the special plastic.  They clean up after themselves and never leave a mess when they are done.  The work is done in a professional and timely manner and they are willing to work with your schedule, regardless of the day or time.  I've always scheduled work way in advance (that wasn't urgent) and they KEPT the date and time in their books for over a month prior.  This is great and very helpful to me and my busy schedule.  Another, and final wonderful thing, is that they guarantee their work and will not charge extra to come back and take a look at something they've already worked on.  Some places charge extra just for the call but this place is very considerate.  They have also made house calls to check on other things and not charged.  It's always good to have a smiling and friendly face do the work as well.  The prices are competitive to others as well.  A definite company I will continue to come back to.  Jason is the owner and he is so wonderful to work with!  I am always happy to see his smiling face!

"Had sewer line cleaned and was charged $425.00 which was 3 times what we paid a different company for the exact same service three years earlier. Job took about 30 minutes and was done during normal business hours, on a week day, and was just a basic rotor rooter with no camera. Was shocked by the price and will not recommend to friends and neighbors unless they want to be overcharged. No problem with the workmen or service but do not believe their Yellow Page ad that states "No Outrageous Flat Rates".
