"I called and left a message on a Friday. The gentleman called me back. He stated he would go home that night and research the issue. He came by the next morning, and within 10 minutes had the problem diagnosed. He had to adjust a drain hose, and from Whirlpool’s suggestion, changed out a switch. Not once did he blame the customer. He listened to the customer. He realized that the user of the appliance would know what the issue was. He was able to resolve the problem and then hung around to make sure it was washing correctly. He stated if it didn’t work, to call him, and he gave me his cell phone number. I haven’t had to call him. It was great to have someone listen to the customer’s complaint instead of blaming the customer. He asked me questions to confirm the issue, and researched it before he came, so he knew what he needed to check prior to walking in the door. I love Hand S and they will get future work from me. Someone that doesn’t mind you watching their work knows they are doing the right thing. I will also refer him to other people."

"As far as I can tell, they did a great job. They answered her questions. The cost was reasonable and everything else. I wouldn't say that they were phenomenal or over the top but, it was good. I would call them again to do work in the future. The best part was that they were responsive, they addressed all of her questions and didn't make her feel sorry for asking them. The only reason I am not going with the A is because she either can't remember or they didn't address what could be going on underneath her house. In my opinion, that would have given them the A. If they had gone and taken a quick look at it and given her a write up. She is struggling to remember what they said if anything. I don't know if it's her, maybe she had a writeup saying, 'here is everything we did' from an invoice perspective. She could go back and reference that. I think that is their only opportunity if that makes sense."

"The heater they supplied was a good one.  However, they sent an inexperienced repairman to replace the heater.  He slipped and fell through our newly remodeled bathroom.  The company repaired the hole in the wall with the wrong texture and then wrong the  type of grout.  We are going to have ceiling repaired by a company recommended by the my daughter who works for one of the largest builders in the country.  I have cancelled my service with the warrantee company.  I now have to pay an additional $150.00 to have the ceiling refloated and all the wrong grout taken off and replaced with the correct type. <br /> <br /> *In response to service provider response: We hired 1 contractor that they recommended. He came out and said that he did a lot of work for High Tech. He fell through the ceiling that same day. We called High Tech the same day. They wanted my husband to go up in to the ceiling to get a model number. He is 79 years old and could not do that. We then had to contact a different service provider and pay an extra $150.00."
