"The screened-in covered porch attached to the back of my house had shown signs of leaking for awhile. This February, however, there were several storms that brought with them high winds and heavy rain. My porch?s small leaks became greater in number and magnitude.    Jim, from W.J.C. Construction Services, came over that same day and assessed the damage to the porch roof. He gave me quotes to either  1. just repair and replace the leaking  shingles, or 2. replace the entire porch roof. He explained the first choice would stop the leaks where they were visible, but that it might not correct the cause of the leaking. Choice #2 was to replace the entire roof.     I considered both options and chose to have him replace the entire roof. I am very glad I did. As he worked taking the old shingles off, he saw that the original roofing on the porch was not up to code. Had I chosen to have him just reshingle the original leaking ares, I would still be left with a roof that would leak again."

First, Bill was very responsive and able to come out to see what I wanted fixed at my first availability. After a week of the team being here and seeing their work, my wife and I were so impressed by the quality of their work we asked for additional fixes, which the team were able to fit into their busy schedule. Overall the team was here for just over 2 weeks, fixed every issue we had, and our experience was extremely positive. Bill was also able to recommend a local lumber store (Tinsman Brothers) where my dad and I purchased some lumber for an additional job we wanted to tackle ourselves. My wife and I are already planning to hire Bill and his team next year to install a steel roof on our porch overhang to match our shed, replace our basement carpet with vinyl flooring, and update our kitchen. There won't be any need for us to shop around for quotes, because we'll be calling Zarza, Inc for all our home repair and updating needs. Once again, big thanks to the entire team at Zarza Inc!"
