"I hired Superior to replace out existing shingled roof, from the very first call into the company to the completion of the job was nothing short of fantastic. The first initial consult with Justin was great, he handled our project with such great communication and keeping us informed and updated on the schedule. He came out the day before the install when the materials were delivered to make sure it was all onsite and ready for the guys the next day, he then came back the next morning to get the guys all set up and going on the project and also touch base with my wife and I. He also then came back at the end of the day to make sure everything had been completed and cleaned up. The cleanliness of the workers and their preparation of the site is unmatched, they tarped every area outside to minimize debris and went around and the end of the day and picked up any and all loose nails and debris that might not of made it into the dumpster. They also took the time to blow off all the surfaces when they were complete. They really value your home as if it was their own and that really shows in their work and project management. The new roof looks amazing and we are super happy with the whole process and their team. Highly recommend them for any project you are looking to have completed at your home."

"Munz Roofing was excellent from start to finish! They were communicative throughout the whole process and always came when they said they would. The crew worked extremely hard (even in the oppressive heat), did a fantastic job, and left everything looking great. Our salesperson, Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Eric, our project manager, was fantastic-professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. On top of that, the price was very fair. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Munz Roofing!"

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."

"Cover All Exteriors was fantastic to work with for my roof replacement. My favorite part was the communication between myself and Jessica, who was readily available by phone and text, which made it extremely easy to coordinate things and get my questions answered. She also worked with me on the financing aspect, which I appreciated. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well. The project manager, Danny, was also very helpful - he informed me that my chimney needed work and got me immediately hooked up with a mason they often work with. He also helped out when a fuse got blown in the house while they were doing work. Overall a great experience, and they have some of the most competitive pricing as well. Highly recommend!"

"The roof may look ok, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the ?cleanup? after the job was done. The workers left multiple pieces of very sharp metal all over our yard. We keep finding more metal each day, especially as more snow melts. And it is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable! We have three dogs, all of which are now being put in serious danger on a daily basis due to the workers? sloppiness and unprofessionalism. We also found a screw as well as a sharp piece of wood. When we discovered the first two pieces of metal, we called and addressed our concerns with USA Home Improvement Solutions. Someone came out the very next day? only to collect the check (we paid in full) and to nonchalantly defend the workers. There is no excuse! You cannot defend this! He also had the audacity to suggest that we get a metal detector. No! YOU should get one and scan our yard! Quick to cash a check, yet can?t clean up after yourselves or take accountability/correct this negligence. "
