"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. "After the tech finished with the boiler I called his attention to a suspicious accumulation of blue copper deposit on one of our heating zone pipes above the boiler. Because the boiler had been installed only two years earlier it didn't seem right.  The problem was traced to the hot water pipe coming from the water heater:  a pinhole leak in that pipe traveled back down the inside of the foam insulating jacket to drip onto the heating zone pipe below and leave the deposit.
The tech cut the pipe at the site of the leak and "sweated" a short patch in place to stop the leak and fix the problem in a short time.
This unscheduled repair was timely and effective.  That's where the extra $280 above the Angie's price came from.
I am clearly too old.  I have lost track of what plumbing work costs in 2013-14 (and unfortunately needs to cost to run an effective plumbing company).  Note: My N/A on price, above, refers to the boiler cleaning charge only.  The actual total was the $350 shown.

"I tried to clear both of these myself, unsuccessfully. Clearing one sink was complicated by some old and delicate piping that we didn't want to damage. He stuck with it, was very careful, and managed to clear both without needing to open walls or cut and replace pipe. Hurray!"

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."
