I absolutely love what they’ve done! My deck feels more like an outdoor living space- the pergola just adds so much to my back yard! The deck is on the east side of my house and looks out into my back yard and on a green space behind us filled with mature trees and occasionally horses. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
