"I found Brian Devey through a neighbor of mine that had a project done and he couldn't say enough good things about his work. I knew what the costs were going to be before the work was started and there were no surprises. Brian showed up when he said he was going to and his subcontractors showed up on time and on schedule. My project was extensive. It included a basement addition, which was to be my new laundry room, with a ground floor wall pushed out half the width of the new basement which meant I needed a heavy-duty steel beam for the new wall to sit on with concrete covering the rest and a deck on top of that. The next phase was a wraparound covered deck, new windows, new siding, new roof, and a custom kitchen. We also tore out an interior wall to make a kitchen great room. Brian handled all the permits and the appropriate inspections. I didn't have to do a thing, except pick the colors, which wasn't an easy task. He even helped me with that. We are very happy with the results."

Late in 2018 they installed a completely new roof (partially flat, and partially shingled), along with adding a beautiful extension of our existing roof to cover a patio. They reinforced the structure of our garage, and did extension re-wiring and remodeling of the garage area. Rain gutters were installed as well. This spring they completely renovated our back yard, including the addition of a retaining wall, flagstone patio and walkway, all new sod and sprinklers, New fence was installed in some areas, along with repair of existing fencing, and the addition of a gas line to our fire pit. It is always a pleasure to work with Rodger and Lisa Powell as well as their entire crew!"
