"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. "The work was done well, with quality materials. However, cleanup was not thorough? I found a number of nails left in my driveway and yard. And follow-up was awful on a newly installed gutter which clogged and overflowed. They said they sent someone out to fix it, but no improvement was seen. Since it was the gutter right over the front steps, it was inconvenient, to say the least, to have it dripping. Follow up requests were pretty much ignored."

"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."
