"Of the dozen or so companies I called, Richards & Swift Roofing was the only one that didn’t try to push unnecessary work or inflate the price. Jim, the owner, personally came out for the quote, a stark contrast to the usual “salesmen” other companies send. Jim told me exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less. He reminded me of my grandfather, who was also in the trade. Both of them are the kind of people whose handshake/word something. Him and his crew replaced my roof and gutters with precision, speed, and care. No stress. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done honestly. People like Jim don’t exist anymore. If you need a roofing professional you can trust, this is who you call. When the work was finished the only evidence of it was that my roof looked brand new; he also brought my kids gift bags with stuffed animals and coloring books which is honestly the kind of nicety and thoughtfulness that’s usually missing from the the world. "I cannot say more about Ridgecon Roof Above All and the value that they provide. Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. Many did not offer the expertise Ridgecon provided. On top of that, Ridgecon was very competitive in pricing. I also researched top quality shingles and Ridgecon offers one of the best with GAF Timberline HDZ. If you are considering a new roof, then you cannot miss calling Ridgecon and Sheldon."

"They did an excellent job very professional owner very professional supervisors to work with the crew was fantastic everybody had a job to do and they knew their job very well my entire roof was done in less than a day the shingles the vents Etc were all installed perfectly the cleanup was outstanding when they left I could not find one nail or even a tiny piece of shingle in my yard would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs a roof done great bunch of guys"

"These guys were prompt, courteous, and beat their projected completion by a day. Their work is excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you need a good paint job, big or small, hire CPR."

"We used Apex years ago at our old house, and they did a great job. Pat, then-owner, was very nice, pleasant, and fair in pricing. His workers did a wonderful job. Fast forward to the present and our current home: started off with a leaky pipe fitting. I called Apex, despite Google listing the business as "permanently closed" - I assure you, it is not! Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call Apex again for any issues with our roof, as I found them incredibly competitive and I love supporting local businesses. If you're in need of a roof repair or replacement, seriously consider giving Apex Roofing, Inc a call!"

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. They cleaned up and anything that was not right they corrected. Yes I highly recommend them! I just referred them to several friends and family. Rachel"

"Fabulous experience from the original home evaluation to the actual insulation in rim joist in basement. Punctual. Good information supplied. Able to do foam insulation at a slower psi so I didn't have to evacuate my home. Eric and Mike even helped move some furniture back for me. Great experience."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"

"During a presidential “pandemic” election year, it was refreshing to have a professionally humble and respectful human show up to the job. Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. Upon completion, Corey verbally went through his findings with my agent and I, describing and showing photos of every nook and cranny. I appreciate Coreys time and service and am extremely thankful for his professional expertise. Within a couple hours of inspection I received a full copy of the home inspection via email detailing every moment of his time well spent. Would highly recommend Weatherstone Property Inspections if you’re in or around the Macomb Area."
