"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"First, the Blue Hills Roofing office answered the phone without sending me to voice mail. While this may appear trivial I did not have the same experience with some other companies in this area and in some instances my voice mail message was never acknowledged.  A technician, Tony, was dispatched within a few hours of my call and he provided me with a thorough explanation of the work that was needed as well as an estimate that proved to be exactly on target. He was a true professional.  He was in constant touch with me by text or phone regarding the time he was going to arrive. As he was working, he periodically came down from the roof to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He worked constantly despite awful weather conditions. Most important, the new skylights and vent no longer leak.

"It was such a pleasure dealing with them. I spoke with Rich who was very reassuring. He even texted back to me in the evening when I texted him in a moment of panic. He assigned Justin to my case who arrived even earlier than scheduled, He listened to me--at times I was a little hyper because I was so worried. Asked if he could remove tiles. Explained what he saw. Used a tool to measure moisture in various areas like ceiling, paneling, etc. Shared what he believed to be the issue. Cleaned up the moldy patch and sprayed a larger area to disinfect. Gave me instructions on how to manage and watch area to avoid mold in the future. Super professional. If I recall right I believe this is a company with vets and those willing to serve, but are unable. That appealed to me. They have had my back so I am happy to have theirs. God bless. "we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."

"It was great i was told by nick he would be at my place at 12 pm and he actually was 15 min earlies he set up my whole garage to work on cars exactly how i wanted and imagined he even built my work bench so it collapses into the wall like i wanted and put outlets in it as well he was reasonably priced and didnt rape me with labor i am having him come back this spring to redo my deck as well he was professionable and knowledgeable"

Decks/patio are the go to job but we also do windows, doors, siding, insulation, I also do a lot of other stuff, just call, text, or email and set up a time and I'll come check it out when I have the opportunity. All forms of reaching out will be answered later in the day (4pm call back) if I'm really busy
