"I highly recommend Lux Renovations/Owens Corning Basements for refinishing basements. The initial consultant was highly professional and it never felt like he was a ‘salesman’ with high pressure tactics just trying to get his commission. I have never refinished a basement before and assumed it would be the same as any other room in the house but I felt extremely reassured about the materials and methods used to keep the basement in the best condition as possible. When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. "I had my 1960s paneled and drop ceiling basement room remodeled. I cannot tell you how pleased I am at the upgrade. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. All the workers were do polite and diligent and cleaned up the area. I cannot put into words how wonderful the whole process has been and have already given references to friends. "
