"They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "

"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The salesman, John, thoroughly investigated our old roof inside and out, and showed us video footage of places leaking, cracked rubber vent boots, and other failing areas.
