"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair!
