"DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents, and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended."

"Went Fantastic. My home is 17 years old. Frank and his crew has painted the entire exterior and interior of my home (see each of those reviews). I didn't hesitate to contact Frank when I wanted all my interior wood cabinets painted which included all kitchen, linen closets and 2 bathroom vanity cabinets painted. Frank and his crew arrived on time and immediately started prepping the job. The refrigerator needed to be moved out of the kitchen but the stove and dishwasher remained. They drew a map of the kitchen cabinets and both bathroom vanities. They removed all cabinet doors/drawers and removed the hardware. They numbered all cabinet doors and drawers and identified each on the maps they drew. They completely sanded each drawer and door. Frank uses the highest quality paint products and used an excellent shellac primer on all the wood surfaces to ensure an excellent adhesion of paint. Then taped/masked off around where they would be painting. The nice part was I didn't need to empty all the cabinets but did have to empty the contents of each drawer. They sealed off the kitchen and bathrooms like little paint booths but I still had used of the toilets/showers/sinks. I did lose the ability to use the kitchen to cook in but didn't find that an imposition. At the end of each day, they made sure I had use of each bathroom. The final product was a beautiful finish and new looking cabinets. I couldn't be more pleased!"

"Tom and Steve are very professional and do most of the work themselves. Part of what attracted us to them is that between the two of them they are certified in plumbing and electrical. They also do excellent tile work. This was a very complex job that involved demolition of the existing space, drafting plans and obtaining permits, re-engineering the structure below a stairway, reframing and finishing the area, running new sewage drains for a bathroom in an area that had previously been a closet, running new drain pipes from an upstairs bathroom, installing a window, moving a hot water heater, flooring including both tile and hardwood, creating a tile shower, and probably even more than I can think of or remember.
I truly can't say enough about Tom and Steve. Through all the demolition work, they did a very good job of keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible by creating plastic sheet barriers even through the work was all happening in a previously windowless area of our house. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and let us know the challenges that might arise. They were always on time, did what they said they would do, and I find them both to be good trustworthy individuals. They also do excellent expert-craftsman level work. I will be hiring them again this fall to do some other less substantial work and would hire them again.

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"Earlier this year we decided to do some home remodeling at our house. We agreed to remodel the kitchen, master bathroom and replacing the entire floor throughout our house. Selecting the right construction company for us wasn't difficult and hard as we thought it would be because we were lucky enough to have a friend that hired Pure Home Remodeling before to perform several remodeling projects and they were proud to refer them to us. To our house arrived our project manager and he gave us all the requested information, ideas and estimate. We were shocked by all the important data and materials we needed and it proved us how much we know. More than that, He gave us a great amount of explanation on how they work, what should we expect from him and his office and how long should it takes. This information was very important one. The complete remodeling process was very smooth and easy. Our project manager and any one from the working crew were excellent! Fast, skilled, easygoing and really take pride in each work they did or do. It took close to a month to finish everything. We valued the fact that they were so eager to work and to do it on the best side of perfection. We love the new kitchen and bathroom that they did for us including the: cabinets, new tile floor, stone counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and in the kitchen the same. "Originally, I called to get a new attic ladder installed, some plywood placed over the 2 x 4's on the attice floor, and asked for a new opening in my ceiling. Placing the plywood floor was particularly complicated because there are water lines, electrical lines, and air ducts that ran along the attic floor or close to the floor. Also, we have trusses in the attic that make moving around difficult. Ron gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. As the work progressed, however, I realized that I had no way to turn on the attic light from the new opening and the lighting where the new attic floor was laid was rather poor in places. So I asked Ron to install additional lighting and a two-way light switch. While he was here, I also asked him to look at a GFI plug that kept tripping and to move a light fixture since the new attic opening would be placed where we had a ceiling light. He also had to build a new door for the attic and frame and paint it since the attic ladder I purchased did not come with a door. Ron moved the light at no charge to us because he felt it was very simple and would not take a lot of time. However, we expanded our request for flooring (to cover more attic area than originally thought) and with the additional electrical work, he brought in one of his electricians to ensure the work was performed properly. All went very well and he was quite accommodating as our request for his services continually expanded beyond the original scope. We worked together on pricing to ensure all was fair."

They went straight to work and did an outstanding job. Jason kept me informed on how, and when, he was to accomplish each task. They were both extremely cooperative and went above and beyond what I would have expected to ensure the job was done in very satisfactory manner.
