"DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents, and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended."

"Went Fantastic. My home is 17 years old. Frank and his crew has painted the entire exterior and interior of my home (see each of those reviews). I didn't hesitate to contact Frank when I wanted all my interior wood cabinets painted which included all kitchen, linen closets and 2 bathroom vanity cabinets painted. Frank and his crew arrived on time and immediately started prepping the job. The refrigerator needed to be moved out of the kitchen but the stove and dishwasher remained. They drew a map of the kitchen cabinets and both bathroom vanities. They removed all cabinet doors/drawers and removed the hardware. They numbered all cabinet doors and drawers and identified each on the maps they drew. They completely sanded each drawer and door. Frank uses the highest quality paint products and used an excellent shellac primer on all the wood surfaces to ensure an excellent adhesion of paint. Then taped/masked off around where they would be painting. The nice part was I didn't need to empty all the cabinets but did have to empty the contents of each drawer. They sealed off the kitchen and bathrooms like little paint booths but I still had used of the toilets/showers/sinks. I did lose the ability to use the kitchen to cook in but didn't find that an imposition. At the end of each day, they made sure I had use of each bathroom. The final product was a beautiful finish and new looking cabinets. I couldn't be more pleased!"

"Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"Earlier this year we decided to do some home remodeling at our house. We agreed to remodel the kitchen, master bathroom and replacing the entire floor throughout our house. Selecting the right construction company for us wasn't difficult and hard as we thought it would be because we were lucky enough to have a friend that hired Pure Home Remodeling before to perform several remodeling projects and they were proud to refer them to us. To our house arrived our project manager and he gave us all the requested information, ideas and estimate. We were shocked by all the important data and materials we needed and it proved us how much we know. More than that, He gave us a great amount of explanation on how they work, what should we expect from him and his office and how long should it takes. This information was very important one. The complete remodeling process was very smooth and easy. Our project manager and any one from the working crew were excellent! Fast, skilled, easygoing and really take pride in each work they did or do. It took close to a month to finish everything. "I hired Michael in late December to install my countertops. I had originally given him good ratings on Angies list because he was on time, efficient and reasonably priced. My issue now is with follow up. The piping to the sink started to leak and the caulking around the sink is starting to come apart. Now i understand that sometimes things like this are unavoidable and i do not blame Better Home Repair for it. But when i called to have them come out to take a look at it, i got no response. I left a number of messages on their voicemail, as well as one with a young lady, and got NO response. I wanted to hire them to do my laminate flooring, but i think i'll be looking else where."

"Now let me rave about Dave... He was on time if not early, he is a man that can do what he says and does it really fast. The deck repair was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted it it safe and up to code, he made it a work of art. He was knowledgeable of everything we threw at him.  He repaired the window glass so we didn't have to buy a whole new window, squeezed a dishwasher in a tiny kitchen (husband must have dishwasher), did the insulation and did the water shut off replacement. He works quickly and cleanly too, we could not even tell there was work being done. We are so pleased and yes we would hire him again in a heartbeat."
