"I called Appliance Pro LLC late in the evening on a Thursday night with the intention of leaving a voicemail. Much to my surprise, the owner of the company (Jim) answered. He must work all the time! I was looking for a second opinion on whether or not to repair my 10 year old Whirlpool Cabrio washer. Here is why I am rating Appliance Pro LLC so high... from the information I provided over the phone, he could’ve set up an appointment and charged me a service call charge - which I was prepared to pay. But he didn’t. He even went as far as to confirm the diagnosis from the other service company and m ake a recommendation for a replacement machine. Jim is an honest man and I will definitely use his company in the future if I have appliance issues."

"I was overwhelmed with the service provided by Jason Edwards. On March 3, 2023, at around 3:30 I requested two quotes from Angi to repair my refrigerator. The freezer worked, but the refrigerator part did not. Within 10 minutes of having submitted the request for quotes, I received a call from Jason Edwards. He said he had another stop before seeing me, but he came to my house around 4:30 and had identified the problem by 5:00. The computer board was faulty. He called around to find a replacement and located one in town. He left to get the board and came back around 5:30. He had the board replaced and the refrigerator working by 6:00. He was thoroughly professor, polite, and efficient. He even wore a Covid mask while working in out house. I would definitely hire him again for any appliance repair. What a good guy!"

"John was thorough in his work. He examined two gas fireplaces over 4 hours, costing us $300. That seemed high given the original estimate was $95. He recorded high levels of carbon monoxide and told us we needed two cm detectors which we purchased. On return visit he examined chimney and cleaned out exhaust vents. Then said he didnâ t know why we have a heavy gas smell when lightning the fireplaces and there is no trace of carbon monoxide. Another $200. $500 and we still donâ t know the answer to our original question: what is causing the excessive gas smell.."
