This also happened some years ago, and the company hired just skim-coated some mortar over the crack. This time Craig chipped all the mortar out, and discovered numerous loose bricks. Even though the repair ended up being more extensive than anticipated, Craig stuck to his price quote (we did compensate extra for the extra work). He left the worksite clean and tidy."

"Great to work with - good communication throughout the process . Quick response to my request for a quote which was competitive with others I received. Work was started when indicated. We had 2 retaining walls (the larger one 6.5 ft. tall x 43 ft) and steps replaced. The 2 person crew was on time, worked all day (weather permitting for February). Their work in integrating the steps was impressive; and we appreciated the precision in cutting the caps and ensuring the corners were mitered exactly. Looks great. We are very happy with the outcome and have some additional work we will be using them for in the future."
