"Use an online interface to keep up with communications and schedule but was not very mobile-friendly. They keep good notes in terms of requested scope of work and were professional in that regard. There were a couple on instances where I wish they would have checked in with me to ask questions when an issue was in doubt but ultimately everything worked out ok. I had already done most of the heavy labor work (Demo/Haul Away/Installation) as well as supplied all materials. For this reason I felt the value was not that great (90% involved tile work) but they are definitely very competitive with other contractors who were asking a lot more! Get a schedule commitment up front. In our case they tried to fit us in between other jobs and a 1 week job took over 5 weeks from time of request. Not really their fault, just a matter of timing since we could not wait until they had a full week oprn/available. Online Payment process is easy and painless. Overall, a professional and courteous outfit but make sure up from that there are no questions about anything before they start, especially if you cannot be there to monitor progress in person. Definitely worth a look in comparison to other contractors when it comes to cost/value."
