A repair man came out and after just a few minutes found that a cord had just come loose and he plugged it back in and it worked great! He could not find anything wrong with the washer/dryer so he took down the number of the manufacturing company and gave them a call and instead of visiting us another time and charging us again, he just called to let us know that the manufacturer said.
