"They were very good. It was a wet extraction method. It is a newer firm like two guys. They were pretty thorough, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. After the carpet dried, I noticed a spot that was not to my liking and they came back and took care of it. It was an Angie’s List super service award winner; buy it now for three areas for $179. Bill and Rick were the two technicians that came. Everything was right on schedule. It was perfect in every way in terms of what they did. They were very personable and professional. The same guys came back when I asked that something else be looked at that I was not satisfied with. They came back right on schedule, redid that portion and everything was fine."

"MJ Home Service saved the day. I  mean night. The outside water faucet cracked and water slowly came back into the houses bring a good deal of mud with it. I called MJ home services around 7 pm and they promptly responded and had a team here within the hour. . They did everything right and more. Melissa explained the process and answered all my questions.  She was very responsive and kept me informed of arrival and how the process would work.. The crew (Brian and Ned) were very processional and kept me informed of every step of the process. They took over the situation and took care of everything needed. They removed  water, mud and all water soaked  items like cardboard boxes . They stacked everything up neatly in one area., cut out damaged drywall, and sprayed to prevent  mold. The set up  fans, so that the basement and rolled up carpeting would dry. They did everything necessary to make sure we were taken care of, even set up our humidifier. Their price was exceptionally reasonable. I have dealt with Servpro, I would have paid twice or more and  had to deal with sales pitches for additional services. I can't imagine how we could ave been taken care of any better. They did everything right. They made a bad night better. I recommend them without reservations.

"Nice person who left water on hardwood floor and both rugs quite wet.  There was a conspicuous brown stain on the front skirt of the couch that was not there before--he thinks mud on the hose caused it. . .???

He is supposed to come back and clean it.  Pillows are still piled up as it is drying, so can't tell yet about the overall quality of the job.  That was 2/9--as of 2/15 he had never contacted me, so I cleaned the skirt of the sofa myself.    He told me that the furniture would dry in 6-8 hrs.--after 48 hrs. both were still damp to the touch.
