He took it upon himself to reach out to the building manager and tenant to make sure electric was off during the work and my tenant was comfortable. There was a slight hiccup when it was realized that the new panel needed to be moved. Shah took the executive decision to wait a few more days to consult with me on the new placement and the aesthetic of the box. I appreciated that a lot. They were able to move it to the dining room wall but build a molding around it so it came out looking really nice! They fixed the drywall and painted too. I didn’t have to do anything.
