"It went well. They were very responsive! They actually came earlier than expectded. The only reason I gave a B was the lack of communication as I did not realize that the guys were coming a week earlier than I had expected (not a bad thing) it just threw me off a bit. "I've gotten good service from them. I have a constant-pressure water system in my house, with a well and a cistern. (1) Earlier they replaced a water tank inside the house that had started leaking. (2) This time they diagnosed and fixed a problem where the cistern pump would run every minute or so even though no water was being used. After some experimentation they determined that there was a small leak in the water line from the cistern to the house. This kind of problem is almost impossible to find and fix without digging up the line, but they were able to fix the pump running by adding a check valve inside the house."
