"We had an excellent experience working with Pro Rise Construction LLC on our front entrance renovation. They rebuilt the steps, repaired damaged stucco, and installed elegant pavers around the driveway and walkway. The transformation was incredible. Vinny stayed involved during the entire process and made sure every detail looked perfect."

"I called a few different companies, trying to get prices for my gutter repair. Top Rise was by far the best the best price and most professional. I ended up hiring them to repair my gutters and they were very fast, clean and did a great job. I would highly recommend!!"

"Iggy and Dash came in time and did a wonderful job. I would recommend all my friends to use this company to get skylight leak repairs or install new skylights. They finished it in timely manner. And also blowed away all the debris."

"We used quality 1st on two occasions in the past year to address water in the basement of our brownstone. They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). Their approach was sound, the cost was fair, and we were very happy with their service and the work itself. They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. This required a lot of coordination and communication with our plumber as well - all went smoothly, work was performed and cleaned up professionally. So far, so good! I am in construction myself and I reviewed their approach with other professionals including an engineer, and I have a lot of confidence in their products, their pricing, and their work."

"Put in new sump pit and pump as well as repair and paint basement walls. Neat and clean work. Finished in a day. New pit and pump working keeping basement dry."

"I can't say enough good things about American A-1 Waterproofing. Roland and his team were amazing. I had originally opted to go with another contractor to install a French drain and sump pump, but after exposing the foundation, they got spooked and said they wouldn't perform the work. Roland came by and assured me his team could get the work done and they did not disappoint. Through the initial estimate, permitting, construction and final sign off, Roland and his team were communicative, prompt, clean, and extremely professional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them!"

"Very efficient and reasonably priced. Steps and walkway were repaired as agreed . Thank you very much for the fantastic job!"
