"I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. In my own job I manage 15 installers and technicians and I know very well what good customer service is. George's delivered by all measures and I would readily recommend them to anyone."

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"Don is by far the best contractor with whom we have ever worked. We have a history of bad experiences with other contractors over the years in NH, particularly around communication—not showing up when they say that would, not hearing anything for days, not returning calls, and having the final steps drawn out for extended periods. Don, on the other hand, was very calm, reliable (very important for me), competent and accommodating during the stress of living with construction for several weeks while trying also to maintain COVID isolation. Under these conditions, we could not have asked for a better, more organized or competent contractor. He always followed through, kept us informed when issues arose, and was easy to communicate with, as the project extended for several weeks. Don scheduled his time so that he could focus on our project and get it done according to the plan. He worked with us around delays that were not his fault—at one point we had to quarantine when our grandson was exposed, and twice the granite countertops we ordered were broken delaying the final installation. Although these were not Don’s fault, he went out of his way to minimize the delay when the work would be finalized. Don and his crew were quiet, cleaned up after each day, easy to communicate with and competent. Don also accommodated a couple of small, extra projects that emerged as we saw what the new addition would look like. I cannot recommend Handyman911 high enough. We are already planning to have him back for some other work when we return to NH next summer."

"What a great experience and final product. Eddie and Simon were relentless in finding the perfect stones for the new retaining wall and front steps. Installation was done beautifully and with a masterful eye. They also installed the new railing on the steps, which came out beautifully, too. All of our neighbors have dropped by and commented on how incredible everything looks (and how jealous they are). "Our 6 unit, townhouse style, condo association exterior building was in need of paint job. It had been approximately a decade or so since the units had been painted. There was rotted wood, two outside decks per unit, and a very difficult to get to section in the back due to our unique landscaping situation. We acquired 2 quotes and Souza painting was less than 1/2 of the other quote we received. We decided to go ahead with Souza painting and we most certainly made the right choice. Marcio was up front and honest regarding start dates and his overall approach, he was on site everyday there was scraping and/or painting. His crews were professional, efficient, and quick.
