They came prepared (no running in and out or back to the shop etc) and they told me precisely how to prevent another similar problem with my washer. They thoroughly cleaned the washer after fixing the door gasket and even salvaged a handful of socks from the sock cemetery inside the appliance. I will certainly call them again when in need and I will refer them to friends and family for sure.
