"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

When repair was being done, we were very much impressed with people on the job and the excellent work. This led to our extension of contract to have much needed work to be done on our home. "He removed doors to paint them. He laid the doors down on some blankets when they were still wet. Some of the back sides aren't even painted. I don't understabnd what he was thinking to do that. You just don't do that."

Royce came out to do an estimate, was very thorough and explained everything to me, but he also patched some spots to hold me over until I can hire him to replace the roof. I've had others come out that use high pressure sales tactics, but Asociados was nothing like the that.
