"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"Found Rock-A-Fellas on Angies List and I'm glad I did.  Bob examined thoroughly and patiently explained the construction flaws in the carport built in the rear of my home by another contractor back in 2009.  Because the original contactor did not follow standard building codes and use proper construction techniques and materials, I was cited by the City of Philadelphia.  Bob spoke to the Licenses and Inspections Inspector and tried very hard to figure a way to save the carport.  Unfortunately, due to the poor prior construction, demolition was the only option left to me. 

Bob and his three man crew arrived 30 minutes early and for the next three and a half hours methodically and carefully removed the carport, which included a roof and sides.   I was very impressed with their attention to detail such as avoiding damaging the power and cable lines, reassembling the downspout, tying back the power lines after the demolition was over/ 

After the demolition was over, you couldn't tell there was ever a structure.  

I hired Rock-A-Fellas to  remodel/reconstruct my nephew's bedroom, which had termite and moisture damage.  I'm also considering having Bob and his crew do a complete remodel of my kitchen, basement, and a new carport. 

This was my best experience with a contractor.  I give Rock-A-Fellas an A+++++ rating.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
