"First, I would like to say I do not enjoy writing bad reviews and would not be here if Danny had addressed our concerns. After our fence was installed and I paid Danny in total, I realized immediately after his departure that the steel gate was not installed to our expectations. We had communicated that we wanted a back steel gate, and Danny brought a stainless steel material that we had welded sloppily to the black steel frame. Upon his departure, I called and sent him a picture. Danny said he would be back that Friday to finish the job. However, he did not come. I called again, and he said he would return on Monday but did not show up again. On Tuesday, we got some rain, and the ground shifted. Because Danny did not install the gate properly with a gap to allow for the shifting of the clay soil, the gate no longer functions (see video). I called Danny every day for about two weeks, and the call just went to voicemail every time. Furthermore, while working with Danny and his son, we ran into other issues that I will not elaborate on. However, I will say that they were not forthright nor very honest in handling those problems. I have worked with many contractors and done many renovations, and never have I experienced someone who has been so unresponsive and irresponsible. I would rather pay more for professional people handling their business."
