"DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They "Javier" the owner said he would take the job after a car hit our home on Christmas night 2024. Then he just totally ignored us. I must of left over 20 messages and nothing, then one day after 3 months I called using my wife's phone and he answered and apologized saying he accidentally blocked my number and he would get right on it. We'll weeks and nothing again, he doesn't and phone goes straight to vm like before. Even from wife's phone he must of blocked both our numbers this time. Called the insurance company they said that the claim closed and they haven't heard from pyramid home services (javier) since January. If he didn't want the job he shouldn't of said yes. A man is only as good as his word. "

The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise.
