The braces were fine, the in checking the sump pump, we found it needed to be replaced. Brandon thoroughly explained the situation and replaced my sump pump in timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and engaging with him. "

"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. He was very forthcoming by explaining that the repair was not absolutely necessary if there was no leakage, but I wanted it sealed anyway. He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."

From the original estimate, I appreciated Deska's practical approach to fixing my foundation and structural issues. NGL it took a very long time between me committing to the work and getting the work done, but they did set a reasonable expectation in advance and the office kept me reliably informed as I waited. When it came to the work, Mohammed and Adonis owned the results from the beginning. They reliably arrived as scheduled and communicated well during the process - providing me updates daily. They also went above and beyond with preparation, finishing, and provided trusted advice when it came to lifting my sagging first floor. Thrilled to have a more secure home!"

Estimates from several providers were all over the map, since some recommended extensive work involving the use of helical piers, and installation of a new concrete block foundation. What really stands out with Archer is the quality of engineering and workmanship they put into their projects. Everything heavily reinforced and looked like industrial quality. Attention was tops. Pleasant crew left things neat start to finish. They even installed a new entry door and frame. The structural repairs have eased our concerns about the foundation. "I used Apex to fix a situation where water would leak into my basement through the electrical panel during a long, heavy downpour. It was a particularly unique and difficult problem to solve which involved excavating under part of a flagstone patio, determining the source(s) of the leak and sealing. Their final solution was very thorough and attacked the problem from multiple directions. I was impressed with their dedication to doing the job right. The clean-up was also thorough (the patio looked better after they left than before they started!) The crew was great! They worked hard and knew what they were doing. Since it was such a tricky problem, Lou, the manager, was on-site for most of the day. They also have an excellent electrician on the team which was a definite plus for this project. I used Apex a couple of years ago to renovate the basement and was very pleased with the result of that project as well.
