"They did a great job. We got 4 quotes; they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Everything was done on schedule, and they did not try to talk us into work we didn't need. Very professional, and they did a good clean-up job. We were initially annoyed that they had not cleanly cut through our tile (which we did not think to request), but we would have ended up pulling up and replacing the cut pieces anyway, so it really doesn't matter. Water problems in our basement have stopped! We are very satisfied."

Brandon was ever the orofessional as we reviewed my covered services and explained some other options for me to consider for the future. The braces were fine, the in checking the sump pump, we found it needed to be replaced. Brandon thoroughly explained the situation and replaced my sump pump in timely fashion. "Not actually Waterproofing/Encapsulation. I actually had a bad central beam and several rotted joists. From the original estimate, I appreciated Deska's practical approach to fixing my foundation and structural issues. I didn't have the budget for a first floor flooring gut (the ONLY option proposed by a different vendor), and Len proposed an option that was still more than I'd planned for, but doable with a HELOC. NGL it took a very long time between me committing to the work and getting the work done, but they did set a reasonable expectation in advance and the office kept me reliably informed as I waited. When it came to the work, Mohammed and Adonis owned the results from the beginning. They reliably arrived as scheduled and communicated well during the process - providing me updates daily. They also went above and beyond with preparation, finishing, and provided trusted advice when it came to lifting my sagging first floor. Thrilled to have a more secure home!"

"Should be called "Steal-tite". Company came out to give estimate in MAY 2019. Said they couldn't do the job until December, but we weren't having any leaks by June, so we went ahead and signed contract, sent in $800 deposit. Well, we ended up buying another house and decided not to have the work done. This was about October. Tried to call Seal-tite several times, always get the "answering service" and they never call back. Finally found the card of the engineer who quoted our estimate, Curt Giantonio. He said too bad so sad for our deposit, and that we had no recourse to get the money back. I realize the contract said the deposit was non-refundable. But the company could have been courteous, understood the situation, and refund my deposit even though legally they don't have to. Instead they've chosen to keep my money for zero services rendered. I could understand them keeping a portion to cover the travel costs of the engineer who came on site to give the estimate, but there's no way that is anywhere near $800. Greedy company that obviously doesn't care about people."
