But to get to the wall they had to take down an 100 foot vinyl fence. Besides that, my neighbors shed is 3 inches from my property line. They could not bring in any machinery. They dug everything by hand. I was amazed how well they worked together. It really was like an assembly line. They worked fast and good. It took them only 3 1/2 days to finish the project. "October 2, 2019 - Roof replaced. I have so many good things to say, i'm not sure where to start. Every time I called with a question, someone answered or returned my call promptly. I was satisfied with the whole experience from beginning to end. Alex met me at my house and gave me a very fair estimate. We walked the job down and he explained that Express also had financing available. That was good news, because I didn't really have the money to repair the roof right now and having the option made it very convenient. The team came late in the day due to an overrun on a previous job, but I was notified early in the morning and was not waiting around without knowledge of when they would arrive. Even though they got started late, they knocked the job out very quickly and efficiently. When they left, there was no way to tell that they had even been there because of the thorough clean-up they performed. There was a miscommunication between the estimator and I on the flashing color that I wanted around the chimney, but when I pointed it out, Tinos (Owner) was on site to talk it over with me and someone came down the very next day and corrected it without any additional charge. I also had my windows caulked and gutters refastened and Express took care of it all. It looks great. I highly recommend Express Exterior!"
