"While there were no issues regarding the price or punctuality at first my concern and low scores are reflecting the warranty follow ups. The first problem occurred regarding the gates not closing properly due to settling and adjustments. After I gave a low scores due to no call back Mark Campbell contacted me after several calls and fixed the problem. Then I deleted the negative score. This August I noted that some fanciest started to lean, worrying me that the whole fence might tip over. After s several messages and calls, I did speak with Mark who promised to take a look and asked me to send him a picture. I did this on Sept 4! To this day, Oct 2, I did not have a call back from him ( after 5 calls and messages) or came out to at least look at the problem. To say that I am VERY disappointed is an understatement! In addition, their phone number 919-787-1880 has been disconnected!"

"We contacted multiple contractors for quotes at the beginning of the project. Bill responded right away and was the first to respond by far. He came out quickly to discuss the project with us and provided useful information about the different options and their pros/cons. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push another fencing type on us like another contractor did. We received a quote the same day shortly after our meeting. It was much more reasonable than the others we received. There were a few months between us receiving the quote and deciding to move forward with the project. Bill didn't skip a beat when we let him know we wanted to push forward. He honored the original quote and got us on his schedule right away. We ended up having to push the start date back due to Hurricane Dorian, but Bill communicated clearly with us during that time. He started as soon as he was able and worked diligently until the job was finished. We are absolutely ecstatic about the final product and have already received several compliments from neighbors. "Robert Caballos and his team put a wrought iron fence for my dogs. They met with the neighbors and the POA architecture person and they came up with this workable solution. I live in Carolina Trace, WoodFiield, and they have a generally no fence policy. But with it being wrought iron, fencing for the enclosure, the one in back can still be seen through the metal bars and we all came to a happy meeting place on this issue. I was then able to proceed to buy the house and keep my dogs safe. They got the materials very quickly and expeditiously constructed the dog yard enclosure. It has an entrance gate from the patio and a double wide entrance gate on the ground level for landscapers to have a wide access. The quality of materials is very high grade and the posts are all cemented in securely. Their team had this placed in just a day and a half. I couldn’t be more pleased with their quality craftsmanship. Thank you for everything Caliber Fencing."
