Even while I was out of state, Sherry called and FaceTimed me in order to choose the right stain and give frequent updates about the project. Sherry and her team treated our home with such respect and completely transformed the floors in our home for a fraction of the price competitors were quoting. The existing flooring was maple (a notoriously difficult wood to stain), but Sherry and her team did a beautiful job and even conditioned the wood before applying the stain. "Ours was actually a powder room remodel, of sorts. We had a water leak that had caused us to need to replace the floor, including 3 joist under the house. There was also some work to damaged Sheetrock on the bottom of the wall all the way around the room and the toilet flange. Preston and Allen were out on day one and got the work under the house completed and by the time they left for the day they had the floor in. Allen was back on day 2 and completed all of the work: dry wall, base boards, toilet flange, installed new VCP flooring, etc. Both of these guys were very professional. They came in, communicated what needed to be communicated, got to work, kept their work areas clean and in good shape, were always available and open to questions and gave great advice. Very well satisfied with their work and will use Cransten again when the need arises."

"We had 2 small bathroom floors replaced. Unfortunately the installers did not replace the wax ring when replacing the toilet. Water was flowing under the floors because of this. They were kind enough to come back with a kit from Lowe’s the same night and fixed their mistake. If you hire them to replace bathrooms floors make sure you purchase a wax ring and they replace it. According to the installers they are not provided with them! Besides that hiccup, everything was great. I love our floors and I cannot wait to get the rest of my house done in them."
