"Saddle valve started leaking in the morning.  I called Roman and he said he could be there by 2:30.  He called at 2:00 saying he was on the way and arrived by 2:30 as promised.  He replaced existing cold supply line to water heater to fix problem with saddle valve and gate valve.  He also added an additional shut off valve for the cold water feeding the house.  All of the lines were re insulated.  He also fixed the stop valve on the kitchen sink.  Roman and his son completed the work very quickly after explaining what he recommended doing and getting my approval.  All the work was checked and the site was cleaned prior to leaving.  i was very satisfied with the work and the overall experience.  I will definitely use them the next time I need a plumber. <br />"

"He asked if the freeze we had could have caused the drainage problem. I explained why i didn't think that was the problem. He kindly informed me how things work and why my reasoning was incorrect. Then we ran a cycle and no leak. He moved on to the microwave and had to order a new motor. I needed to pay for the parts, but since he had all excellent reviews, I went ahead and signed for the full service. I asked about the washer charge: since he worked on the microwave, too, there was no charge. The total cost for the microwave, with parts, was close to what others charge just for the parts. I'm very pleased and he's now on my permanent "go to" list."
