"The Porters did an amazing job from start to finish. They were in constant communication with my husband and I from start to finish. Boy, we had a lot of questions. Mr Porter had to run new and replace the water pipes during his renovation, install two toilets, install vanity and sink, install light fixtures, install mirrors, install new shower, install new tub, install new tiles all the way to the ceiling, and even replace a crack wall by lifting the foundation. The ceramic tiles look amazing. I am extremely happy with the upgrades and the care he provided during his renovation. He takes pride in his work. Mrs Porter as well provided assistance with her knowledge of products and recommendations. I definitely will hire them again. Thank you guys for providing us with two amazing bathrooms. So happy to hire such reliable people."

"In my experience, there is nothing not to like about this company! Ricky Lane, the owner, came to our house in Durham to estimate the need and cost. He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."

"The company representative arrived ON TIME and provided a detailed estimate on work to be accomplished. He answered all questions about the glass doors and the installation process. The company had to reschedule installation due to very bad weather in the area. They were very up front about not being willing to handle large pieces of glass in High winds. On the day of the installation they arrived on time and perform a quick professional installation of our glass doors. The installer explained care of the doors. The installers cleaned up the installation area extremely well and left on schedule. The glass doors where the last component of a two bathroom remodel. The company was the only company on time and did what they said they were going to do ON TIME. I guess we save the best To last.
