"Very professional employees, affordable. Kept me updated every step of the way. Assured a 1 year warranty on installed tub but haven't had any problems out of there work."

"Walter and his crew arrived when they said they would, only 2 hours after I called. About an hour later, after a quick diagnosis, my new pump, pipes, wires, pressure switch, and filter were up and running."

"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"Great service! Very costly for any other fix. For changing an outlet cost as much as $90. I would love it if guys change pricing model and make it more resonable."

"Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!"

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Great work, done quickly, and professionally. My crawl space has had problems for years and I’m glad we chose East Coast Crawl Space Solutions to remediate it. We got many quotes and East Coast Crawl Space were the most professional and best priced. Other companies showed up with no uniform or anything, and very unprofessional. Everything was top notch and he owner was even around some of the time. Very satisfied and happy. Highly Recommended"
