"When our hot water heater failed and the home warranty company denied our claim, I was contacted by Dennis through this site rapidly. . He explained all options, took his time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and the costs associated with the job. We decided to go with Dennis at 5:00 on a Tuesday. They were on site Wednesday morning and had the job completed (tankless water heater install with LP hookup) the same day. They even stayed over to explain the settings, operation and maintenance requirements of the new unit, and walked through the warranty as well. Work site was left better than when they started. They even corrected an issue with my crawl space de-humidifier without prompting. Being in the customer service business myself, I would want nothing less from my employees than what Dennis and son provided. 8 out of 5 stars given."

When he left he felt like an old friend. He Emailed me my quote and came in $2000,00 less then the other guys with a Trane high efficiency (96% 2 stage furnace and new A/C Unit) the other quotes I got was for a single stage 80% plus ac for more money. "I  called Scott at The Water Heater Experts on a Saturday when our water heater suddenly stopped working.  I left a message, and he returned the call very promptly.  He explained that they were fully booked through Tuesday, but that their policy is to return all calls and attempt to provide direction.  He spent 15+ minutes on the phone with me and my husband going over details about our water heater and troubleshooting.  He advised that we try to unplug and restart the unit.  It worked!!!  There is no doubt who we will call when we need to service or replace our water heater in the future.  What a pleasure!!!  A+++++++
