"We hired Mark Meredith, LLC, to repair, power wash, and re-stain our screened-in porch. Additionally, he cleaned and re-painted several exterior walls on our house. Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided us with a detailed estimate of the work to be accomplished. His crews were fantastic! They obviously enjoy what they are doing and take great pride in their work. which was excellent from start to finish. Our porch looks brand new. "This is the second time that I have used JW Home Improvement to replace some of the wood on my deck that had rotted. Josh, the estimator came out as scheduled and was able to schedule the repair crew to come out the next day (due to a cancellation). The two-man crew arrived right on schedule and worked diligently, finishing the repairs very well. I am again pleased with this company and am happy to refer them for any of their handyman services. In fact, I have already given a reference to my neighbor for similar work."

"I highly recommend R.P. Renovations. I hired this company to replace poles and joists for my aging deck. They also fixed my sliding screen door. They can do all kinds of renovations -- they have the required skills."

"Hired Metropolitan for a porch rail repair, they came out same day I called and provided estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate including the quality of materials and their contractor license number. Their estimate was competitive with others I received for the job. I hired them because of their customer service. They arrived on time and completed job as promised. When I asked for one small fix it was done immediately. I will definitely be using them for future home repairs at my Alexandria , VA home."

"Petru at EcoDecks did a spectacular job with my deck repairs and enclosed patio space. He replaced a rotting support beam, broken door, sagging decking, and mesh wiring, all with incredible skill and attention to detail. From the start, he was honest, helpful, and fair in his pricing, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly set Petru apart was his dedication and professionalism. Once we signed the contract, he took full control of the project, ensuring the work got done efficiently without interrupting my busy schedule. At the same time, he kept me updated through messages to make sure I was happy with the quality, progress, and final results. Most impressively, he completed all of this during freezing cold weather after a snowstorm—without a single complaint. His commitment to going above and beyond is evident in everything he does. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone needing deck or patio work. The fact that he has such a strong reputation is no coincidence—it is earned, and he proves it through his work."

"this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."

"My experience with HCS was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better company to with work at helping me to save my deck. Thank you Cristain and team for all your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend and will use them again."
