Though explanation of permitting process was given which contractor took care of..All warranty info was gone thur for product choosen with contractors warranty. Contractors arrived when he said he would to install with professional crew and was present for entire installation. Clean up was done to perfection with out any debris or nails from removed roof. At the time I got the estimate I was informed that Scott Allen was backed up with projects and the wait to have my roof repaired would be considerable but having read good things about them I was willing to wait. Once their calendar was cleared they called and set up a day and time that they would start. A crew of four arrived promptly on the assigned day and set to work. They were the hardest working foursome I have ever witnessed! In two days they completely removed all the old shingles and black paper, re-nailed all the original wood decking, installed new black paper and new shingles. Justin, their supervisor, came periodically to check on their progress and also came back on the third day to ensure everything was as it should be.
