"The whole experience went very well.  Matt was accommodating with scheduling and always returned my calls promptly.  The job was particularly challenging due to the age of the house.  The frame is no longer square, and there is a noticeable bow in the center.  Matt spent a lot of time with measurements to ensure there wouldn't be problems later.  Once it was installed, I truly believe he went above and beyond to trim it out and make it look nice.  No one would look at that window and realize it's not square, and that is due to the attention to detail and willingness to do whatever was necessary to make it look nice.  Matt is a perfectionist who clearly takes pride and ownership in his work.  Along with the issues already described, the job also had to be compliant with EPA's lead-based paint regulations.  They left no mess, nothing for me to pick up or clean up afterward.  I absolutely will use this company in the future.
