"This was my first time I have used Ben's Appliance Service. I had a 9-11 am window for service on my washing machine and Ben arrived about 9:15. After spending about 30-40 minutes opening up and checking out my machine, Ben told me the bearings were going and it was not worth fixing (it's a 17 year old machine) as it would be cheaper to buy a new one.
