"With the large amount of snow Durango has had this year, all snow removal companies have been swamped. Since this company does only roof snow removal, its waiting list was much shorter, resulting in being able to do our job the next day. Because some folks had emergencies, the 2-man team was only able to work for 3 hours. After the next few storms, we called these guys again, even though we had been on the waiting list of another company. We were anxious because we were getting some soffit damage. This company sent out two 2-man teams within 2 days to remove all the snow/ice in the shady areas. The snow removal guys worked hard, even when it was cold and snowy. The reason for the "4" in customer service is due to their being so busy that they weren't able to keep up with phone calls to let us know when the guys would be coming and for some lack of communication between folks within the company. I would highly recommend them and have done so to others in my neighborhood. I'll be contacting this company next month to get an estimate on the installation of a roof snow-melt system in our troublesome shady areas."
